1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Feritogel ("feritogel", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://feritogel.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile platforms. • 3.6 Registration is permitted on a per-individual basis only. One person may hold only one account. Registration of multiple accounts by one individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

By completing the feritogel registration process, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Feritogel reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle.

4.2 KYC Document Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal, feritogel requires all account holders to complete identity verification. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Valid Malaysian Passport (photo page)
• Malaysian Driver's Licence

Proof of address (issued within the past three months) is also required and may be satisfied by a utility bill, bank statement, or telco bill bearing the Player's registered name and address. A selfie photograph clearly showing the Player holding their identity document may be requested at the discretion of the feritogel compliance team.

4.3 Verification Timelines

Standard KYC review is completed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. VIP account holders benefit from priority review within 4 to 8 hours. Submissions made on Malaysian public holidays are processed on the next business day. Incomplete or low-quality document uploads will require resubmission and may extend verification timelines.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

5.2 Deposit Limits

• 5.2.1 Minimum deposit: RM 30 via e-wallet; RM 50 via bank transfer (FPX / online banking).
• 5.2.2 Maximum single deposit: RM 50,000 for standard accounts; higher limits are available for verified VIP accounts upon request.
• 5.2.3 E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited to the Player's account balance immediately upon payment confirmation. FPX and bank transfer deposits may take 5 to 15 minutes to reflect.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• 5.3.1 Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts.
• 5.3.2 Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the feritogel platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. Feritogel bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and confirmed platform receipt.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Feritogel offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the following general conditions:

• 6.1 Wagering / Rollover: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., X10, X15, X20) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• 6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active in an account, the maximum permitted single bet is typically RM 250 to RM 500 per round, spin, or hand, as specified in individual promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• 6.3 Game Contribution Rates: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. • 6.4 Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not utilised within the specified validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting) will be automatically removed from the account without notice.
• 6.5 Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated explicitly in each promotion's terms and conditions.
• 6.6 Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated "sticky", the bonus principal itself may not be withdrawn — only winnings generated from wagering with bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal once rollover conditions are satisfied.
• 6.7 Feritogel reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while Players have active bonus balances, feritogel will honour bonuses credited prior to the date of cancellation, subject to all other conditions being met.
• 6.8 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of qualifying rollover completion, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the feritogel platform — including video slots, live dealer games, sports betting markets, crash games, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all titles:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the feritogel platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• 8.2 Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses, free spins, or promotions through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage wagering, or coordinated account activity designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds.

• 8.7 Impersonation: Registering an account in the name of another person or using falsified identity documents during the KYC process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the feritogel platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual elements — is the property of feritogel or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any feritogel content — in whole or in part — without express written consent from feritogel is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use may result in civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, feritogel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for:

• 10.4 Any actions taken by third-party payment processors, including transaction delays, declined payments, or service outages affecting Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, or Hong Leong Connect.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, feritogel's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

Feritogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• 11.1 Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 11.2 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• 11.3 Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• 11.4 Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Dormant account fees may apply as stated in the account dashboard.
• 11.5 Voluntary closure request submitted by the account holder via customer support.
• 11.6 A confirmed self-exclusion request under feritogel's Responsible Gambling policy.

Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to AML review. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings where rollover has not been completed are forfeited upon closure.

12. Responsible Gambling

Feritogel reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of material changes, registered Players will be notified via email to their registered address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
